Romikas is committed to offering customers the highest-quality jewelry items along with the best customer service possible. Due to hygiene purposes we only process exchanges of damaged items only. We do not provide exchanges otherwise, and we currently do not offer refunds.
Exchanges on Damaged Items
If your Romikas order arrives damaged, please email us the opening video at info@romikas.com within 24 hours of the delivery date in order to receive an approved exchange.
Upon receipt of your email and video of the damaged item, we'll reply via email with whether or not your exchange request is approved, then send you the mailing address for the exchange. We process approved exchanges within two (2) business days after receipt of your email.
